Who we're looking for
Founders first. Teachers second.
We're building a bench of women founders to teach The Foundations — the practical business essentials every owner needs to get right. You don't need teaching experience. You need to have done it: built the thing, learned it the hard way, and be able to walk another founder through it in plain language.
Each class is small, live, and online, and ends with students holding something real — a checklist, a template, a plan. You bring the expertise; we handle the rest.
What teaching looks like

- You teach your area — one class, or a short series, in your own voice.
- Small, live, online sessions. No big production, no lecture hall.
- We handle scheduling, students, payment, and the platform.
- You're paid for your time and your expertise.
- Every class leaves students with something real in hand.

Taught by someone who's sat in your chair.
Every Quinta teacher is a founder herself. Our students don't learn from a lecturer reading slides — they learn from a woman a few steps ahead, who's run the business, made the mistakes, and figured out what actually matters. That's the whole idea, and it only works because of the women who teach here.
