Booking

Classes open for booking up to two days before they begin. We keep that window so you have time to prepare and the room is set before we start.

Cancellations & refunds

Plans change — we understand. Cancel at least 24 hours before your class and you'll get a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window aren't refundable; the seat was held for you, and the class is built around who's in the room.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@quintaand.co.

If a class doesn't fill

Our classes run with at least two people — the work is better when you're not the only one in the room. If a class doesn't reach that, we'll let you know at least 48 hours ahead, and you choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next round. Either way, you're not out anything.
