Booking

Classes open for booking up to two days before they begin. We keep that window so you have time to prepare and the room is set before we start. Fork, Femme & Foundations on October 21 is the exception: it sells until midnight the night before.

Cancellations & refunds

Plans change — we understand. Cancel at least 24 hours before your class and you'll get a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window aren't refundable; the seat was held for you, and the class is built around who's in the room.

Classes paid for in advance

A bundle, a set of classes you chose together, or a class someone gave you is paid for now and booked later. Here's how that works.

Use them by June 30, 2027. Book any date that suits you up to then.

Full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you haven't taken any of the classes yet. After that, a class you haven't used can move to another class at the same price, or go to someone else as a gift.

If we haven't scheduled a class you've paid for by June 30, 2027, we refund that class. Putting dates on the calendar is our job, and you shouldn't carry the cost of us not doing it.

Booked a date and can't make it? Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and the class stays yours to rebook.

If a class doesn't fill

Our classes run with at least two people — the work is better when you're not the only one in the room. If a class doesn't reach that, we'll let you know at least 48 hours ahead, and you choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next round. Either way, you're not out anything.
