Quinta & Co. is a practical business-and-AI education studio for women founders, created by Erika Gonzalez Harrison.
Erika co-founded Eridion Glass, LLC back in 2020 — and for years she ran it the way most of us do: on spreadsheets, manual social media, and a bookkeeping system held together by hope and a dozen browser tabs.
This year, she rebuilt how it runs. She hasn't opened a spreadsheet in months. Her bookkeeper and accountant are happy, the invoices go out on time, and the busywork that used to eat her evenings now mostly runs in the background. The time it gave back allowed her to build a whole second company — this one.
That's the whole idea.
She teaches what she built first.
