Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms cover your use of quintaand.co and the classes offered by Quinta & Co. By using the site or booking a class, you agree to them.
Educational purpose — important
Quinta & Co. classes and materials are for education only. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, or HR/employment advice, and using them does not create any professional-client relationship. Every business is different — for decisions about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional (an attorney, CPA, licensed advisor, or HR professional, as appropriate).
Classes, bookings & payments
- Classes are booked through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), and payments are processed securely by Stripe. The price for each class is shown at checkout.
- Please arrive ready and on time; some classes have prerequisites or require a subscription (for example, an AI tool account) noted at booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your class for a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window aren't refundable, since the seat was held for you. If a class doesn't reach its two-person minimum, we'll let you know at least 48 hours ahead and you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next round. Full details are on our Policies page. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@quintaand.co.
Your materials are yours; ours are ours
Anything you build in a class is yours to keep. The class content, curriculum, templates, and materials we provide are the intellectual property of Quinta & Co. and are licensed to you for your own personal and business use — please don't resell or redistribute them.
No guarantees
We share what has worked for us and our students, but results depend on your own situation and effort. We can't guarantee specific outcomes.
Third-party tools
Classes may reference or use third-party tools (such as AI assistants, QuickBooks, or others). Those tools have their own terms and pricing, and we aren't responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quinta & Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site, our classes, or our materials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top when we do.
