Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information Quinta & Co. ("we," "us") collects when you visit quintaand.co, sign up for a class, or contact us — and what we do with it. We keep this simple, because that's how we do everything.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name and email when you sign up, book a class, or reach out.
- Booking & payment details — handled by our scheduling and payment providers (see below). We don't store your card numbers.
- Basic usage information — standard things your browser sends (like general location and pages visited) so the site works and we can improve it.
How we use it
- To run classes and send you what you signed up for.
- To process your bookings and payments.
- To reply to you, and — if you opt in — to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep the site working and make it better.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a few trusted services to run the business, and your information passes through them only as needed:
- Cal.com — class scheduling and bookings.
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Supabase — secure storage for sign-up information.
- Google Fonts — loads the site's fonts (your browser's IP address is shared with Google to do this).
- Resend — sends the emails you ask for, like a booking confirmation.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Analytics and advertising
We use a small number of measurement tools so we can tell whether the site is working and whether our advertising reaches the right people. These are named here so you know exactly what's running:
- Google Analytics — counts visits and shows us which pages people read and where they arrived from. We never send it your name or email address.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site, and lets us show our classes to people on Facebook and Instagram. From the website itself we send it the class you chose and where you came from, never your name or email address.
- Meta Conversions API — when you book a class, our server tells Meta that a booking happened, so we can tell which of our ads actually helped someone find us. Your email address is turned into an irreversible code before it leaves us — Meta receives something like
973dfe46…and never the address itself. Meta uses that code only to check whether it matches someone who saw one of our ads. We never send your name, and the code cannot be turned back into your email. - LinkedIn Insight Tag — the same thing, for advertising on LinkedIn.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-focused visit counter that uses no cookies at all.
Some of these are advertising tools, which means the information they collect can be used to show you our ads elsewhere. If you would rather that didn't happen, the next section tells you how to stop it.
Cookies
Some of the services above set their own cookies to do their job — keeping you signed in while you book, remembering which teacher referred you, or counting a visit only once. We don't use cookies to build a profile of you ourselves.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Just email hello@quintaand.co.
To opt out of the analytics and advertising tools above:
- Turn on Do Not Track or block third-party cookies in your browser settings — this stops the tools that run in your browser.
- Install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences and your LinkedIn ad settings.
- Or email hello@quintaand.co and ask us to exclude you. We'll do it, and we won't ask why.
One thing worth being straight about: browser settings and cookie blockers can't stop the booking confirmation described above. That one is sent by our server after you book, not by your browser, so there is nothing on your device to block. Email us and we will exclude you from it — that is the only way to switch it off, and it is not a hard thing to ask for.
Opting out won't stop you using the site or booking a class. Nothing here is conditional on being tracked.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure.
Children
This site and our classes are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
